Day 5 - 7 day challenge

For whatever the reason, probably stress...I was REALLY wanting to get on my scale last night when I got home from my cardio class. I must have had a mental debate about it for an hour. In the end, I held out! YES! And now I'm on day 5 of my 7 day challenge. I'm in the home stretch! I have no idea if my weight will be down or up when I can finally weigh myself on Friday. Weight loss wasn't necessarily my goal this week. The goal was to overcome an obsession and to PROVE to myself that I could go a whole week without getting on the scale 6 times a day. So far, so good.
