Good Morning All! I hope you are all have a fantastic day!!
I am having a great start to my week so far. I am on track as far as my nutrition goes, and in an effort to get moving more, I have just ordered the Spark Activity Tracker! I have read some really great reviews and I am hoping that it pushes me to reach my fitness goals.
Are any of you using the fitness tracker? How do you like it? Good investment?
