Today's topic from 100 Days of Weight Loss is "Do it anyway."
Don't feel like exercising today? Do it anyway. Don't want to track your nutritional choices on Spark today? Do it anyway.
This topic really hits home with me. So many times I skip the things I know are good for me just out of lethargy or procrastination: "Oh, I'll do it tomorrow." But "tomorrow" never comes. The only possible time we can make a different choice is today.
What activities or decisions have you been putting off to "tomorrow"?
Do it anyway. Do it today. Of course, it's not possible to do EVERYTHING in one day, but if it's not going to happen today, I find that scheduling it as an appointment on my calendar (thanks Mom for this advice!) and attaching an alarm reminder (thanks to my sister for that idea!) helps me commit to an actual time to accomplish that activity I'm avoiding.
