Yesterday I did ok. I was very snacky and I went over my calories, but overall it wasn't too horrible. I didn't track everything until today which probably would have helped me make better decisions before I went over my calorie range.
I've got today planned out and that usually helps me. I think I've been drinking too much coffee too and today I am limiting myself to two cups. And that will be the last of the extra sugar in my coffee too. Starting tomorrow it will just be creamer and no added sugar.
Walked today, but haven't started pilates yet. Lacking motivation I guess to start something new. Well, it's not new to me but I haven't done it in a while.
