Mood Buster or Mood Wrecker
I found this article very interesting. This article, could, explain why at times I feel so low (refined sugar, artificial sweetener, sodium, wrong fats and alcohol. It's definitely worth a try and see if avoiding these things is complimentary to my medications.

One of the things that struck me -- no one is immune to weight issues, falling off the wagon, try and failing and trying again.
I probably should try 1 streak at a time to follow Spark recommendations. But (always a but) --- I've been working on a few things for sometime and in some ways find them linked.
1. No alcohol - day 3
2. No snack chips - day 1
3. no diet pop - day 1
