I am taking the day off from my serious exercise plan. I have been running, hiking or biking every day for most of the summer. Last night I realized that I am getting tired and a bit snippy towards my husband. When the good attitude goes, it is time to reevaluate my life.
There are people who get ill just because they forget to live a life of balance. Even too much of a good thing is bad for your health.

    It's good you recognized it and are taking a break. I know when I've gotten that way toward my husband, I start thinking how I treat my real good friends, and realize that he should be treated as well as them, so pray on that and things seem to turn around nicely.

    Good point - sometimes we focus too much on doing what's good for us that we forget that what's best for us is balance!

    Excellent idea! There can actually be too much of a good thing and exercising every single day for most of the summer is ALOT! You...and your body...need occasional days of rest, so good going! Enjoy your day!
