You know the ones... those that you just don't want to do Anything. Yeah, even super-achiever me has them.
I got up at 4:50am and fed the animals, then checked in at the office before heading to the gym. Molly didn't want to do too much cardio after overdoing it yesterday, and frankly, neither did I. So the elliptical got only 20minutes today.
And we only played racquetball for 20 minutes.
Then we headed back to the office for breakfast and talking. I worked standing at my desk most of the day.
And I walked in place at my desk for 15 minutes every hour while listening to Jango, a Pandora alternative that has only 1 ad daily!
When I got home from work, I was only about 400 steps below my 15,000 goal and Rich was about 200 steps short of his 10,000 step goal so we took a walk to the corner together!
I am so thrilled to see that Rich is being motivated to move more and to watch his diet! I also wanted you to see that exercise does not have to be in large doses. My longest sessions were 20 minutes today, but I still ended up with well over 15,000 steps.
