It's been a long couple of weeks, I went to Texas to lay my father to rest then to Iowa to see my nephew that was home from the Air Force. It was a very stressful time & I'm really trying to get it back together. He wanted his ashes spread out in the ocean, so we did as he wanted. At times I just want to go away by myself to do nothing. However I always come back to reality, I have to get myself in better health or I will be joining my father a lot sooner than I want to.

Wednesday I start my six week sessions with my friend going over a program called The Daniel Plan'. This is something that works on five different areas of your life, I figure at this time in my life I have nothing to lose except weigh! I want to change!

If I keep reading this maybe it will sink in!

God bless you. What a challenging time! Be gentle with yourself. I have a feeling that your taking good care of yourself is exactly what your father would want. Strong blessings with The Daniel Plan.

So very sorry for your loss! Thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I have a friend thats been going through the Daniel Plan at her church for the past month... she's loved it. You want to change, you can change, you WILL change! It may come slow at times, but lil steps every day and we'll all get there and look back and say, we've changed our lives forever by taking the small steps we take each day. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am so sorry to hear about your father. emoticon Losing my Dad was one of the hardest journeys I ever walked. Sending lots of healing energy your way, those times you feel like getting some time alone - try to take them, it can be a big part of the healing process.
