I really want to develop the habit of blogging daily. Not so much that others can read what I have written, because I don't have many friends on here at all...but moreso to document this journey of mine, a true document so that I can see my progress.
So today has started out to be a good day so far. I completed day 2 of the 1st week of C25K. My first day was on Saturday, but I was so sore yesterday that I had to take a day off to recoup. I totally forgot to stretch and I paid for it dearly yesterday. This morning, I was still a bit sore but I pushed through, making sure to stretch when I got home.
My plan is to do it every other day 3-4xs/wk. So it may take me longer to get to running 5k, but who cares? I am just happy to be working towards a goal of running.
So...here's to a good day start!
