This past weekend we had plans to go out to eat both Friday and Saturday. Friday turned out to be two meals plus some sweets. Whoa. Saturday was just one meal and it wasn't totally crazy. No regrets, it was all yummy. Well, I had fish on Friday and anytime I eat fried food which is a rare occasion it makes me feel gross afterwards. But, that's nothing new to me LOL.

I did not do well with keeping track of my calories, but I did keep in control and didn't eat all day. Today is a new day for tracking and I plan to start it off right. Already went walking today. Yay!

This week I'm working on all the same goals I mentioned before, but really need to find consistency with my eating again. Overall I do well, but I know I could do better at times.
