Strictly the numbers today. Here's what happened:
Resting heart rate:
Longest run (since Spark): 8 miles
Number of new cardio exercises tried: 2 (stationary bike and elliptical)
Number of strength sessions per week: 1 (working on that)
Number of times I wondered what I was doing? A multitude. But perseverance is the name of the game. Eye on the prize, and all that.
Pretty pleased with the results so far! Tomorrow I'll have the more 'intangible' things.
