I had a lovely weekend! Dancing, fitness and 2 birthday parties. A little tuckered out, but it was well worth it!
Today was my rest day.
I fire right back up on cardio tomorrow. 2 runs planned...1 short, 1 long. 1 1/2 of dancing with James.
I had a sllendid night out with Ted on Friday.
I was proud of myself for only eating half of my meal and 5 to 6 chips/salsa. Hard to do at my favorite Mexican restaurant!!!
