Busy Weekend, but got my steps in!

Yesterday was THE major Show and Shine of the weekend. Molly and I picked up 40# of ice then went over to the park to set up. I sat in the sun most of the day rather than under the canopy, because I enjoy it. Our good friends showed up, then Rich came by for a while. I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet when I was 'alone' though. I read half a book while there.

When I got home I walked around the loop which is 5 miles.

This am, I did my usual 10k (6.2miles) to church, then Rich and I went out for lunch after service. Then I did something totally out of the ordinary. I TOOK A NAP!

One and one-half hour of bliss. My Fitbit analysis gave me a 98% efficiency in napping. Yeah, I agree.

Tonight is movie night at church so I am blogging as the movie plays.

To the treadmill tomorrow, but first a good night's sleep tonight. G'night, ya'll!

    Wow! You did have a busy weekend! I'm so proud of you getting your 5 miles in Saturday and walking to church on Sunday getting 10 miles in! Way to go girl! You put the Sparks in Sparks! Enjoy movie night at church tonight! Hugs and love!
