Week 3

This week was an improvement
Got lots of good foods in the frig and freezer.
Doing my exercising a little ramped up so that is good ..

The only thing I didn't weigh in today as around 4 am I woke up sick .
It is now 9:50 pm and I am finally feeling better ..
No exercise today .. but that is okay.

Back at it tomorrow .. all is good
