My biggest excuse is that I am too tired or it is too cold to go out. Haven't got time, too busy!! Now I just get up & get dressed without thinking about it. Go for my walk to the indoor swimming pool & go for my two mile walk after my swim. By this time I feel great & know that it wasn't a big deal after all doing my exercises. We all can do it & benefit from the exercises. No more lame brain excuses!!
