Finding Mojo!

So, I've been thinking today about ways that I can find my "mojo" It's been missing and I need to get it back! I found a great article on this that really hit home for me.

I'm going to take some of the advice from this column.

1. I am going to meet with a personal trainer.
2. I texted a friend today to see if she wants to meet twice a month for a $4 Zumba class.
3. I texted another friend to see if she wants to do yoga 1x per week.
4. I am looking for some new wall art for my office to spice it up (unfortunately I've tried changing the furniture and I can't due to the dimensions).
5. I am looking up some new recipes for different foods. (I found some really good ones)

There - five doable things to help me get my mojo back! I need it! lol!!

    Woohoo! I ate really well compared to my usual yesterday and was under 1.400 calories! Yay! Day 1 went well! I actually didn't plan it like that, I just tried to eat less and drank no alcohol and extra water. I lost a couple pounds since the weekend. I'd gotten up to 170 and now I am 168. We can do it!

    I LOVE that you are incorporating friends into exercise. I have recently been making workout dates with friends too and it's such a fun way to stay motivated, be held accountable, and get social time in as well! I hope your friends say yes!! A $4 zumba class-- how did you even find a deal like that?!
