So, I've been thinking today about ways that I can find my "mojo" It's been missing and I need to get it back! I found a great article on this that really hit home for me.
I'm going to take some of the advice from this column.
1. I am going to meet with a personal trainer.
2. I texted a friend today to see if she wants to meet twice a month for a $4 Zumba class.
3. I texted another friend to see if she wants to do yoga 1x per week.
4. I am looking for some new wall art for my office to spice it up (unfortunately I've tried changing the furniture and I can't due to the dimensions).
5. I am looking up some new recipes for different foods. (I found some really good ones)
There - five doable things to help me get my mojo back! I need it! lol!!
