Hello everyone! I am 56 pounds gone (57 by sparks because at one point I was 233). I have 69 more pounds. I hope to be 150 by September 25, but that is a pretty tall order. I am 176 right now. That would be 26 pounds. Realistically, would be somewhere in the 158-160. If I can make it to 150's, this would be really cool because that will be when I take my very first cruise with my husband, his mom, and his aunt.
I am almost to the weight I had lost too originally here on sparks. I am 3 pounds away from that weight. It will be interesting to see myself start to lose and go beyond the 173 and actually see the 160's.
My key goals to accomplish this:
1. WATER (32-48) minimum, no less.
2. PROTEIN (60g) minimum, no less.
3. VITAMINS (A MUST)
4. EXERCISE 30 minutes (A MUST)
My meals and snacks must be small and no more than 1/2 cup - 1 cup in total at one time.
