Okay - so I've been MIA! I went on vacation. I enjoyed myself wholeheartedly.
Technically, I'm still on "vacation" mentally because I'm taking a break from wearing my body bugg and counting calories. I'm trying to figure out the plan that I will begin on July 14th. Now, my ultimate goal would be to lose 32 pounds in 16 weeks (because that is my birthday week) however I don't know that it's realistic. BUT with that being said, I'm going to try!
I did not meet with the personal trainer a few weeks ago. I postponed until July 14th because I knew any advice that he/she was going to give wouldn't be a good time to start just because of my little break.
I just wanted to check in but I'm about to go eat Subway and do some grocery shopping to stock up for the week. Healthy goodness and some movement - that is how I'm going to lose these extra pounds that have creeped up!!
