OH--I Overlooked I had a mild reaction to gluten/gliadin, including malt, spelt, wheat, oat, rye.

Mild reaction to casein so limit cow and goat's milk.

No reaction to whey.

No reaction to Candida Albicans

    Hmmmm . . . thinking the same as 2HAMSDIET suggested. I have thyroid issues and milk and gluten are issues.

    I am not gluten intolerant, but gluten sensitive. I agree, too, I think I'd work from the CAN HAVE list for sure.

    Gluten and milk protein issues go with thyroid problems and it is interesting that you can do whey. I know that there are some powdered milk replacements that are whey based, if that helps you any. I think I would have to make a list of all the food I can eat other wise the other list will look over whelming to me. emoticon
