Nutrition: Not good at all. I was going through a bout of depression Saturday through Wednesday which was of course, bingetown. Scones, ice cream, chips, you name it. Terrible stuff. My body was NOT happy and got me good yesterday.
Water Intake: Decent.
Exercise: Dancing rehearsals.

We're beginning to get costumes for SHREK and it's so fun to see all of the fairytale creatures comes to life. Unfortunately, I'll be in a full body bear costume, so needless to say I'll be hot. I don't mind though and already have a plan of action to keep myself cool. As soon as I get a better idea of my "color scheme" I'll be going to town with making myself accessories to make my Mama Bear the most fabulous ever.

The overeating at dinner and the binging of junk has caused my weight to go up (duh), so I'll be doing my best to get back on track without severe restriction. All I can do is the best I can.
