Have you ever stood up after setting for while and had everything fade to black? It's happened to me before...and it passes after a second or two. Until this afternoon. And then it lasted while I walked (rather unsteadily) to the ladies room. Even after I came out, I was still dizzy. So I walked around the building (inside of course) and by the time I got back to my cube..I was feeling better. But I've never had the whole fade to black/dizzy thing go on for so long. I wonder if it's lack of sleep (I'm getting 5 hrs a night on average), not enough water today (I'm behind by about two bottles over what I try to drink everyday), not enough to eat (although I've eaten the same amount as I always do), or was I just setting for too long (I don't so)? It's passed now so I'll worry about it when/if it happens again.
I had scrambled eggs w/ham chopped up in it for dinner last night. Hubby got home late due to a meeting (kind of work related). He had texted me asking me to make corn beef and cabbage (Hawaiian style) for dinner, I had mine cooked but made it for him. Along with some homemade Cole Slaw. Then I made the leftovers into lunches for him next week.
I have no idea what I'll fix tonight. I'll have to check what we have in the freezer. I do have some left over pork butt (I did it in the crock pot last week) that I may just toss with some BBQ and pile it on some rice. Or I can do a couple of pork steaks. Have to figure it out when I get home.
Did 67 mins of elliptical in the gym at lunch. Eating last night (see above) was OK. Right at the top of my range.
OK...I'm going to scoot on out of here and get ready to head home from work! Have a great Thursday (or what's left of it for you!) and onward to TGIF!
