Achieving 10K steps yesterday was easier than the previous day, since I did a fair bit of walking at work. I only had to stare at the fitbit for 30 minutes instead of 50 to reach goal.
I came in under budget on my calories yesterday..only about 100 calories. And I'm on track today. I stopped by the market on my way home and picked up some blackberries and Rainier cherries. Fresh picked berries, that's my for the day. Oh, and this:
