Did you all notice that I changed my tracker? It used to be the one that tracked my fitness minutes and it really helped to motivate me. Because I am doing so much better with consistent exercise I have decided to change my tracker to the one that shows my goal of pounds I want to lose and tracks those pounds coming off. I hate putting it out there for everyone to see but I think I need that accountability!
With this blog post I have made it even more public! How's that for a motivator!
