So, I consistently eat under my calorie range according to Spark People. Of course, I work out like a fiend and I wouldn't want to eat back ALL of the calories I've burned. But I'm regularly 500+ calories under and frequently get more than 1000 calories under the bottom of the range. But my weight is headed up right now and has been for quite some time. I thought it was just a crazy plateau at first, but when your weight is pretty consistently going up for a couple of years, I don't think it counts as a plateau anymore. So my question for you brave Sparksters is: Am I eating too little?
