Feet Don't Fail Me Now....

Trying to downsize my workout where I am not killing myself to burn calories that I shouldn't be eating in the first place. So I have been very mindful of what I am eating & how much. TOM can be something else but once the crave is over, I have to cram fruits & veggies down my throat to get as far as I can away from fries hot wings cheese stick oh & shakes...thick shakes from White Castle that I can't possible have without fries & a double cheeseburger. I have been trying to fit 30-45mins of walking & getting a set 3 hours of cardio per week.....pray for me Sparkfam...

I hope that all of you are hump on this Wednesday & are keeping it real with yourselves. Nothing taking pics to show where you are & how far you've come....I put a summer blouse that was pretty tight last year around the tummy but the work I'm putting allowed me to wear it BUT still work to do....

I found my cloud atlas: the cloud I would love to live on....



When I was a kid traveling by bus or car I loved to watch the clouds go by and make up names for them. Or just appreciated God in all His majesty of His creation.....Amen.

    I hear you girlfriend. Keep dancing. I have noticed how much fitness minutes you were busting up. My weakness is chips and occasional candies or cookies. I have vowed not to have any candies and cookies the Chips will take great faith. I am looking into the Makers diet Revolution by Jordan Rubin the newer version...can't wait to see what God will do.
