The Best Medal I Have!

Wednesday, July 09, 2014

I've been a runner since Nov 2010. We've accumulated a nice rack load of medals in that time...

I got this card from My Granddaughter Gianna on May 25, my 64th Birthday! THIS is my most precious and priceless medal I've ever received in my life! Inside the card she writes, "I could never have a better Grandad!"

Gianna, D, & my sis, Linnie are my largest sources of inspiration and motivation! They drive me to be the best I can.

Much love to them & everyone I have the pleasure to share with!

Yes, grandchildren have such an ability to be honest and tell you how it is. They truly are a gift from God.
