It's morning, barely! So, I have to make this quick. I have a stealth health walk waiting for me!
I tore it up yesterday with almost 120 minutes of fitness between a walk at work, a kettlebell workout, and almost an hour on the elliptical. Guess what I learned? For you Fitbit users, you may already know this, but if you have the Fitbit app activated on your phone, it does a real time count for you. So, I had my phone open while I was on the elliptical last night. It was far more motivating to watch me chip away at that step goal than to watch the clock burn down. I was very pleased to achieve my 10k steps even though I didn't workout in the morning. Whew! I lost track of how much water I had. It was really hot, so I was replenishing rapidly as I worked out.
On the nutrition front, all systems are still go! Eggs, feta, spinach, sunburst tomatoes, and half a bagel for breakfast, leftover grilled chicken and acorn squash for lunch, and ground turkey and cabbage for dinner. The cabbage dinner turned out well, despite adding paprika to it. Minutes after I added it, I remembered how we both disliked it in a dish I made before.
