Day 20 (Tues 7/8) of 30 - JUICING: Short blog

Wednesday, July 09, 2014

I am so tired. Walked/Jogged with pet for two and a half hours. Gardened a good 1/2 hour. I am starting a new project and researching right now but will probably fall out in a minute or two.

On a disappointing note, a former friend mistook my kindness for weakness----made me sad thinking it over but I know what to do..... emoticon 'em where it counts and emoticon

emoticon MY MOTIVATION: Simply Google "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" emoticon

Diet was a success...plenty of water...ttfn

Wow, Day 20 of juicing! That is really amazing. I just got a juicer, so I'm going to check out Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. Maybe I can try something like this. I'm sure it's tough on many days, but are you enjoying it overall?
Thanks for the encouragement on my board.

A 2-1/2 hour walk/jog, plus gardening would tire me out, too emoticon . Way to go. I have seen that movie, btw, and I know how it could have inspired you to try juicing. I admire your determination in sticking with it emoticon
