I thought it was time I dusted off the cobwebs from this blog and do a bit of updating. I've been making healthy lifestyle changes since December. I'm down about 28 pounds. I know that's great but I know I can do so much better. I've been struggling with the same 10 pounds for the past 2 months. I lose and gain and lose and gain.
How do I break the cycle?
