Anybody Out There?!?

I thought it was time I dusted off the cobwebs from this blog and do a bit of updating. I've been making healthy lifestyle changes since December. I'm down about 28 pounds. I know that's great but I know I can do so much better. I've been struggling with the same 10 pounds for the past 2 months. I lose and gain and lose and gain.

How do I break the cycle?

    Sometimes we go through this...the lose gain/lose/gain.

    Check out my blog today. I started last December and recently hit that big old wall and couldn't figure out why. Today, I put a crack in that wall and know what it is I have to do. Maybe it will help you.
