Six Foods That Act Like Addictive Drugs In Your Body

Tuesday, July 08, 2014

Another great blog from MindBodyGreen...

Sugars & Fats
Wheat & Rice

Contain addictive chemicals in these foods called exorphins.

The thing is to get a Natural High from endorphins - generated by exercise, enjoying beautiful outdoor scenery (sunrises, sunsets, etc), companionship ...

Another one for me to I am suffering in the sinus issues from eating too much sugar/fat/dairy "crack"...(my fault for allowing it in the house!).

Yes, studies have shown fats/sugars/salts will activate the same areas of the brain that light up for addicts on substance like drugs or alcohol when an MRI is done.

Thanks for this link.
