Mood Changer

For the past two weeks cardio has consisted of cycling everyday however today I changed it up a bit and went back to dancing for cardio to my favorite 70's/80's music and not only did I see I was putting up more of a sweat but my mood was growing greatly. I just all of a sudden felt happier when I was dancing around the room to the music. I am guessing it is best to change up your routine every now and then just to make sure you do not get bored.

    emoticon Variety is the Spice of a Great Fitness Program!! I try never to do the same thing (except Walking!!) two days in a row. Gives your muscles a chance to recover, and it keeps them from just "Going Thru The Motions" with a Too Familiar Workout.
