"Secret Habits of Successful Exercisers" from the Dr. Mercola site. I want to study this and break it down for me, because I am definitely one of these who rarely feels an immediate payoff once exercise is completed...
I got just over half way through the interview with Doug McGuff, MD when I realized that my brain (sponge) had stopped absorbing the information. I was over-loaded with statistics, terminology, and information in general. Maybe I will get back to it and see what is in the last half that I might be able to utilize.

According to it I exercise more like a man -- Favoring the Treadmill and Weight Lifting over Social Activities, Dancing, and Yoga that "Most Women" prefer.
