...but I tried. I just found out last week that I wasn't eating enough food for the amount of activity I am doing. I'm sure this contributed to me not meeting my July 4th goal of 40 pounds. I'm a little bummed, but I'm OK because I'm still learning about me. I knew when I started this journey that I wanted to be more in tuned to me, myself and I. This is all a part of it. My 2014 goal is to lose 50 pounds and I am more than half way to that point.
I am moving on. Yay!
