I damaged both legs in an attempt at 30 inch box jump. It was a bad fail and cost five stitches and some nerve damage, but there out and I'm okay to get back into the box (slowly at first). It has kind o gotten me down a bit about my lack of fitness minutes, so I have been trying to do more movement at home in between times of propping my leg up. I'm hoping that I can get back into the swing of things soon. Some parts are still tender and so I'm careful. I've also had some other stress that I just haven't figured out how to deal with yet. I'm still eating healthy and aiming for my 5% goal.
