Today has been one incredibly lazy day. My belly has been kinda bleh because of TOM, so I've done a lot of relaxing... and not much else. Dh needed me to drive him to a store for an errand, which took all of maybe 10 minutes. Otherwise I've been inside taking it easy all day.
I'm happy to say I made it through last night without eating. Woo hoo! Just when I was laying down for bed, I had a slice of lowfat cheese on light whole wheat bread and a glass of milk. I think maybe that helped. And it was a LOT fewer calories than if I had woken up and eaten in the middle of the night. So maybe I need to make a habit of having a small snack just before bed. It's worth a try, anyway!
Food has been pretty good today. I grabbed a grilled chicken sandwich and small chili when we were out earlier. Then for lunch dh and I made fajita chicken pasta, with whole wheat pasta. I added some tomatoes and stir fry veggies to mine. It was REALLY good, the fajita seasoning in the pasta gave it lots of flavor for no calories. One of the better recipes we've tried recently. Then for dinner I had an Amy's frozen pizza and a salad with chicken in it. I'm trying to add a little extra protein here and there during TOM to help head off the fact I always feel extra hungry. It seems to be working fairly well. I've stayed on track for the last two days, and I can't even remember the last time I made it through 2 days of TOM without over eating. So woo hoo for that!
No exercise today, but I wasn't planning any. Today was a rest day. And rest I did. I managed to clean up here in the living room a little bit, and we cooked dinner. That's the only productive things I've done today. It's nice to have days like this sometimes, though. Especially when I get to spend them with dh. They're not so much fun when he's asleep or at work.
Tomorrow I'm going for a walk. I assume I will be walking with The Buddy, but I haven't heard from her yet, so I'm not sure. Even if we don't get to walk together, I'm still planning on taking a walk. I wanna start my week off with some exercise. Another day of being as lazy as I have been today is just too much laziness!
But, for now it's time to be lazy some more. More magazines to read. Hope everyone has had a fabulous Saturday and is enjoying their weekend!
