Day 1

So I'm 50 now, and Im severely over weight, and I'm horribly out of shape. I'm hoping it's not too late in life for this old dog to learn new tricks. I don't want a "diet" I want a new way of life. I need to eat (binge) less, and move (exercise) more. I don't have internet at home so posting regularly will not be easy, but on those days when I work I can access internet from there. Here's to a good day 1 emoticon
