After a few weeks of yoga practice, I'm hooked. I've found a studio I like, and have begun taking classes once a week, while practicing at home with online classes between. I love the feeling of calm and strength I get from my practice, as well as the improvement I'm feeling in my injured right shoulder/arm (from overdoing it with weight training).
Some of my favorite online resources for free yoga classes are Yoga with Adriene on YouTube and doyogawithme.com.
