What a good day for me. I made it into the spotight o my 5% group! Woot Woot
Last week I work so hard on Saturday that I pulled a muscle in my left arm. At least it felt that way. I got home and passed out for the night. Woke up the middle of Sunday. First thing I thought when I woke up...... I forgot to post my weekly weight in my 5% group! LMAO
This group has motivated me tremendously. I have been working out for a minute now. But some days I was like............ blah. NOw I feel like I have to be countable for the team! I can and I will do this!
Starting a new workout plan next week. Need to pick up some hand weight or kettle balls or whatever they are called. My goal is currently 20 lbs. Then that will be my 1ST biggest goal! And when I hit that one........ I get a new wardrobe.
