My weight loss has really slowed down in the last 3 months! I have only lost 4.5 pounds in 3 months, compared to 15 pounds in the previous 3 months! That is slow! I have continued to eat within the recommended calorie range almost every day and exercise regularly. I do feel like I am seeing results in other ways: clothes fitting better, stomach flatter, but I want to see the remaining pounds come off! I am anxious to see what this new program can do for me.
