First, the important details. I'm 166 lbs. That's 30 lbs heavier than when I started Sparkpeople years ago. I have gained weight due to medication that I need to take for my (probable) bipolar disorder.
I have joined a gym and have been going as often as I can. Which isn't all that often, couple times a week, but it's more than I was doing a few weeks ago.... trying to look on the bright side. I need to make it a priority.
The kids are bigger now and I have more time to focus on myself, so no excuses. I am fat. I NEED to lose this weight.
That's all I feel like saying right now.
