"Little steps...big rewards" is my mantra for the day. I'm exhausted and am doing short spurts of wii fit today rather than one long session. I still took the 10 minute walk I have every morning at 7am. I don't feel guilty at all for not working out strenuously today. My healthy lunch for the day was apples and a string cheese. I know I'll get back into working out steadily once I get the rest I need.
