My husband, five dogs and myself went camping for a week and had a marvelous time! Stayed active,walked ,hiked, played on the beach, and had a blast!
However I ate a load! I ate everything from chocolate bars to macaroni salad, chips, pastries, cheese sauce! oh the list of food goes on and on.
When I was not doing an activity I as eating! I really blew it.
You would think I could have controlled myself but NO!
Now I'm having a hard time getting back on track. I'm not unhinging my jaw and tipping back the fridge but I'm still going over my calorie limit and cant stop thinking about all things sugar!
I'm hoping I can work through this and get back on the path to a better me. I gained back the 4 pounds I lost so im tarting over.
