Rocking out this morning....

Can I just start by gushing about how much I love the Just Dance games? I'm a music lover to the extreme, so every time I use Just Dance to workout...the time just flies. :) It really helps with the motivation.

I know that we need to mix it up a bit too, so I also walk and use the elliptical. Once I'm firmly back on the weight loss wagon, I'll add in a bit of strength training.

Last day of having the house to myself. Hubby and Daughter return from San Antonio tomorrow, and then Son returns from Boy Scout camp on Saturday. It's been a nice break, but I will be happy to welcome them home.

Happy 4th. It will be the hubby and I's 20th dating anniversary. Hard to believe it's been 20 years, but they have been blessed and I can't have wished for a better man.

Gotta go. My tummy has just alerted me that it's time to fix lunch.

We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. Anything we use to get us moving is a great tool.
