Day 185 of 10 min of exercise/day

I'm still going strong on my exercise streak and my weight is staying around 130 lbs. It's been a busy summer with swim team for the kids and I've picked up lots of shifts at work. Fortunately with all the storms, only one swim meet was cancelled. The kids are all improving their times, and Sean has gained a lot of confidence. This is his first year making it across the pool routinely. He even wants to start working on butterfly. To my surprise, this morning I discovered he has a really good beginning to the butterfly stroke. I'd say it's stronger than his breast stroke.

Hubby and I splurged and bought a new piece of exercise equipment. We got a tread climber. It was a floor sample and we got it for almost 1/2 off. I'm hoping this will help my short workouts be more intense. I have to say, this machine kicks my butt!! I went jogging today, and I could really feel the muscles that the tread climber works.

Just thought I'd check in really quick. I'm still sparking, even if I'm not blogging!

    Woohoo! Good to hear you're still going! I'm getting a little better, but I wouldn't call it a streak. We're busy busy busy too! Kids! I guess I'll sleep when I retire....

    emoticon and keep it up. It is a huge accomplishment getting in exercise being a busy mom. You should be so proud. Congrats on the new equipment, too!
