As promised I am here to report on the first video of the Focus T25 Gamma Phase, Speed 3.0. Now I started this video expecting the worse but it wasn't that!! Was it hard? HECK YES!!! Was it intense? Ummmmm YEAH!! Did I hate it? NO!! Yep you read that right. As hard as the video was and believe me it was HARD I absolutely LOVED it. It was fun and it was exciting and more importantly it challenged me. I loved that because I know that by doing this video over the next four weeks, my body will be pushed and I WILL get fitter.
I also did my Stretch video (that I had left over from last week) yesterday and so I have officially cleared my backlog.
I also did my push-ups and they were better than Monday and Tuesday, my first set was 15 and I did all 25 in 1 minute and 30 seconds again so YYYAAAAYYYY!!
I ALSO did 200 jumping jacks for a team challenge. I really didn't plan to do so many but I had tracked 3 minutes of jumping jacks from during the day not knowing that 3 minutes was such a long time when doing jumping jacks!!
So yep 200 it was. All in all a longer than usual workout but still
Of course this morning should have been the second video of the phase but of course despite the three times that I woke up and could have gotten out of bed to workout I chose to stay and sleep so Plan B it shall be again. This evening when I get home I shall be tackling Focus T25 Rip't Up!! Despite the name it didn't look that bad from the preview that I gave myself last night and really none of the other videos from this phase look that bad. Well definitely not as bad as the Speed 3.0!! Looks can be deceiving though so when I try them I'll know for sure.
On the food front, yesterday I tracked and stayed within my calorie range and my nutrient ranges too!!
