Are you going to forget tracking for the 4th or try to work it in ? What about fitness? Whatever your choice maybe don't let a slip up effect your whole week ! I plan to not track but try to be reasonable and I will be doing lots of walking that day so will track that I am bringing a fruit platter to our picnic and some other healthy things along with some not so healthy things ! lol. Just remember to HAVE FUN and be safe ! Happy forth everyone !
