Week Twenty-Six Weigh-In Day: Six Months!

Here I am at the 6 month mark, and still at it. Wow!
After a pretty disastrous Thursday and Saturday, I actually had a good week, and the weigh-in shows it.
This morning I weighed in at 183.8 lb for a loss of 1.8 lb this week and 33.2 lb overall since January 2.
I did two things on Sunday. First, I changed my activity level from moderately active to sedentary. I am not sedentary by any means, but I wanted to err on the side of caution and lower my calorie range. I felt I was sneaking up too high some days, and I needed to get things under control. I kept telling myself I needed fuel, and I did. It was healthy food, for the most part. It was just too much now that I've lost 33 pounds.
Second, I unhooked my nutrition and fitness trackers. In the past few weeks I've been exercising just to have that extra piece of cheese or two in the evening, and I can't be doing that any longer. I will try to stick to 1500 calories per day no matter how much exercise I do or don't do. I will let my daily calorie differential my guide.
It's been a great 6 months. I've made some positive changes to my eating habits, kept with a pretty rigorous exercise program, started getting good sleep on a regular basis, and really, I've never felt better!
