Day 8 of 100 Days to a New & Healthier ME

Today there are no cute pictures. There are no cute sayings or jokes. Today was NOT how I wanted to start week 2 but here we go.

Tracking emoticon With in calorie range - Nope not at all
Exercise = Didn't happen
Water - emoticon

Weigh In = Last Week 342.4
Current = 338.4

Pounds lost 4

I am a bit disappointed in how this day went as far as my goals but I have been in an online convention and it is pretty much all day so by the evening, I am pretty tired. This convention goes through Saturday. I have got to make time for my exercise as it is important to my plan.

I got caught up in the crappy food that my daughter brought home today. Not good. I just didn't fight it off at all. I just jumped right in and ate.

I am 8.4 pounds away from my first goal. I am so excited! emoticon

Well this post is a simple and plain post but I wanted to get it in. Now I am off to bed.

You make any type of blog that you want, as it helps to get thing out there, that help others. I thank you for your honesty, as you're holding yourself accountable.

We all end up taking a detour every now and again, so let it go and know that you're back on the main road, now!

You are doing great!! There will always be little speed bumps along the way. The main thing is how we are going to treat that speed bump. Are we going to allow it to stop us or do we just jump right over?

    Good for you on 4 pounds! Look at the positives for today - you lost weight, you got your tracking in, you got your water in, and you posted your blog! Now think about ways you can get in added exercise today while you are on the computer! Can you do some marching in your chair? How about side bends or toe touches?
