100 Days to a New You Challenge day 050/100/050

Today makes day 50 or half done with my 100 days challenge. I have lost a total of 12 lbs. I did a little walking, drank 8 glasses of water, & did a little Mandala coloring. I did some reading in a paperback book, listening to music on my MP3 & singing along.

I am having a MIGRAINE FREE day & night. I did not sleep very well again last night. It took me about 3.5 to 4 hours to fall asleep.

    Way to go on your weight loss! You are doing great.
No migraine is good and for the insomnia when you can't find sleep after and hour , try getting up and reading for 15 minutes to a half hour. That might just give you time to relax and fall asleep .
