WELL I JUST HAD TO TRY SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT SO I BOUGHT THIS BOOK AT THE USED BOOK STORE FOR .50 CENTS. I LASTED ALL OF 4 DAYS BEFORE I KNEW THAT I REALLY MISSED HAVING MY APPLE AND PEANUT BUTTER SNACK. AND HAVING GRAPEFRUIT ONCE A WEEK DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. I REALLY DON'T LIKE TAKING LIPOTROPIC BEFORE A WORKOUT AND AFTER A VITAMIN C AND THEN I HAD TO TAKE L-CARNITINE AND THEN THEIR WAS A SUPPLEMENT CONTAINING CHROMIUM. THIS PLAN MAY WORK FOR YOU BUT IT'S NOT FOR ME! I hope that this does not keep you from trying this food plan ......I'm happy to be different! emoticon
Now what did I learn in these 4 days...
1.I can get up and take a walk before breakfast
2.Remember your vitamins
3.Don't work out arms and legs on the same day
4.Drink plenty water
5.Read the whole book before you start

    Thanks for checking out the book. Where did you find the lipotropic and the chromium-containing supplement? Well, Spark is always talking about natural is best.
